Una deliciosa tarta de queso, nueces y miel con sello castellano-manchego. Con ambas, el resultado es espectacular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-abe702fdcfa6f025f16c79a8344af8ae\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2a91d370a60271d584913b624d50633d\">500 g de queso crema<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8dc4d8c3bb023439d91fff06e51db0c8\">300 ml de nata para montar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d244169af790cc65aac8d0d12df9d3af\">250 g de galletas tipo Mar\u00eda o 1 masa quebrada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-80bd6120bdade6d53566fcdcdba725c4\">100 g de mantequilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-894b719b10caf9a45c8997e2962aa47e\">1 sobre de cuajada en polvo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eb2a0e486988d7a2688c657e129b2def\">8 cucharadas de miel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4eb623f49c3b4f4db5cc4cf7216169a3\">1 cucharada de az\u00facar moreno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c73b4db3eefa2c9a502a5c75bfbd36e1\">200 g de nueces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bc34712d8a8f475a9c39c2e1af7cb9e1\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3d6cce2c621a43ceabd2396b52225449\">Si has elegido hacer la base de galletas, empieza triturando las galletas. Derrite la mantequilla en el microondas y cuando est\u00e9 fundida, vi\u00e9rtela sobre las galletas trituradas. M\u00e9zclalo todo bien. Pon la masa sobre un molde desmoldable y presiona con una cuchara hasta que la base quede compacta. Introduce el molde en la nevera para que se enfr\u00ede y se endurezca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3337d7c7ec607763b14355c7664c51a1\">En el caso de utilizar masa quebrada, ponla sobre el molde y&nbsp;<strong>con la ayuda de un tenedor p\u00ednchala para que no se hinche<\/strong>. Pon un papel de cocina sobre ella, unas legumbres que sirvan de peso e introd\u00facela en el horno previamente precalentado a 185\u00ba, durante 10 minutos. Retira las legumbres y hornea diez minutos m\u00e1s. S\u00e1cala del horno y deja enfriar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f2552d7654b2fbf560ad40180fa993da\">En una sart\u00e9n,&nbsp;<strong>echa las nueces troceadas junto con el az\u00facar y tu\u00e9stalas hasta que se vayan caramelizando<\/strong>. Retira del fuego y deja que se enfr\u00eden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-62b4a30eeae40306ce99f0ebc4150652\">Para el relleno, bate el queso con la mitad de la miel y la nata ligeramente montada. Cali\u00e9ntalo a fuego medio hasta que hierva, removiendo constantemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-787080666cf7d007b1b0f16ac4bba7cd\">En un vaso,&nbsp;<strong>vierte el sobre de cuajada en un poco de leche y remueve hasta que se disuelva<\/strong>. Sin dejar de remover, a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la mezcla y cuando vuelva a hervir, ret\u00edralo del fuego y reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1daef942430a6c4780fb60de83b8d381\">Vuelca la mezcla en la masa y espolvorea las nueces caramelizadas por encima. Incorpora la miel restante y deja enfriar.
